The goals of the job is to improve, foster and implement a deeper understanding and quality of literacy about Earth and Space Science for the Plymouth Public School community through instructional Planetarium programming. The job holder teaches the Planetarium's daily classes, depending on the schedule and needs of the students attending; prepares, coordinates, distributes and implements the district's schedule of Planetarium lessons; provides teachers with appropriate guides and printed materials pertaining to the lessons; trains qualified personnel to use all equipment in Planetarium and Weather Observatory areas. Further activities about effecitive communication are expected. Minimum qualification is a Bachelor's degree in science from an accredited college or university. Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States are required. A minimum of at least three years of successful teaching experience. -- For details visit the website below.
