The Planetarium Operator is a week-end position covering 12 hours/month. The enthusiastic individual is confident in their abilities to deliver presentations to large groups of visitors and work with technical equipment. Good communication skills are crucial as is the ability to work unsupervised and as they will be dealing with the public a polite and welcoming demeanour is essential.
