Goto Chronos Planetarium Projector"Chronos" is an apparatus for medium-sized planetaria between 7 and 12 meters in diameter. It is driven with the state-of-the-art fibre optics and displays with its 8,500 stars all objects accessible to the naked eye. Twenty-six deep sky objects and the Milky Way are integrated. The presenter is given an easy-to-use console with a touch screen that shows the momentary status of the adjustments (position of the sun, dates, sidereal time etc). Among the constellation figures, the 24 most prominent ones can be faded in and out. The first projector of this type was set up in the College in Young Harris, Georgia.
