The "Super-Uranus", which was officially released in July 2004, is affiliated to the premier projector class. Its application is considered for domes with a diameter between 12 and 20 m. The stars shine point-like and three times brighter than with its antecessor "Uranus". The number is stated by the producers to 130,000 - down to the 9th magnitude. The projectors for the planets reside on an own platform. Additional to the objects visible to the naked eye, another projector exists and can be adjusted optionally. Super-Uranus can be connected to a fulldome video system to make up the Virtuarium also developed by Goto. This ability makes it feasible as a hybrid projector: Besides the opto-mechanical projection of the sky, a video projection can be enabled via the same console.
